I spent my childhood vacationing in Ocean City and it has always held a piece of my heart. We have made so many happy memories in this town with our children and now are continuing the tradition with our grandchildren with the purchase of our condo. We hope to share our love of Ocean city with you and your family.

Why they chose this property

This is a 26 unit hotel of privately owned condominiums with a management staff on site and a coded entry for security. Staff are friendly and will do their best to be sure you enjoy your stay. Being a small "hotel," The Marylander has a cozy, homey feel that does not disappoint. It's located so close to the beach, restaurants, stores and wonderful Northside Park which hosts many activities, including the Winterfest of Lights
and fireworks weekly.
