Eigentlich schöne Wohnung, die Pflege muss besser werden

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich hübsch und hat 2 Balkone. Es gab keinen Schimmel in der Wohnung, wie in einer anderen Bewertung beschrieben. Der vom Vermieter vorgeschlagene Parkplatz war allerdings in über 1 km Entfernung. Viele Glühbirnen waren defekt und ein Haarfön fehlte. Auch einen Whirlpool haben wir nicht gefunden. Im Hausflur hat es nach Abfall gestunken.

Achtung - kein Parkplatz/Garage mehr vorhanden . Bad total verschimmelt und alt!

Die angebliche Garage/ Parkplatz bei der Wohnung gibt es nicht mehr!!! Dies hat man uns erst unfairerweise bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt. Alternativ sollten wir bei der Putzfrau parken, nur dass dieser Parkplatz 1,2 KM von der Wohnung entfernt war. Das Bad hat kein zu öffnendes Fenster und ist total verschimmelt. Die Dusche ist total kaputt, offene Fugen, Duschtasse gesprungen, Decke im Bad voller Schimmel! Die separate Toilette ist in einem Mini Raum von 1m x1,50 m ohne Fenster und wie das Bad eine Katastrophe. Das Wohnzimmer, die Küche, der Balkon und Outdoorbereich sind dagegen o.k.

Das Arpartment war genauso wie es auf den Bildern zusehen ist. Super sauber, alles da was man braucht, eine tolle Lage, alles in allem perfekt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
