Why they chose this property
Amenities include one private patio facing the pool, a private deck off of the kitchen, and a one car garage filled with beach fun equipment. The complex has two pools to use, March through October. Two bedrooms have ocean peaks and with the windows open, you can fall asleep listening to the waves. This home is great for families because it is spacious and is equipped with a full kitchen for cooking at home while also having great restaurants nearby that are family friendly. This home is close to both Seascape Resort and Seascape Golf Course which makes it the perfect place to stay will attending a wedding or family event in the area. It is located within 20 minutes of UC Santa Cruz which makes it the perfect place to stay while visiting college students or attending graduation. There are many golf courses located within the Monterey Bay area, so if you love to golf, you will have your pick of many wonderful courses.
