The expansive Master Suite is private and offers a King bed, large flat screen TV and en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower and double sink vanity. Across the main living area, you will find the first guest bedroom offering a Queen bed and a second guest bedroom that offers two twins. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo.
This home is setup for perfectly for congregating around the huge eat-in island that opens to the dining table with enough seating for 6. Huge 75" flat screen TV and separate sitting area complete the interior.
Excellent boating, super wide, deep water canal! Wooden step down dock with swim ladder. Plenty of room for a large vessel, also an awesome spot for kayaks and paddleboards.
The pool area is ultra private and offers a 12'x38' pool, outdoor furniture, and pergola! Truly a Keys backyard dream!
Relax under the Chiki-Tiki featuring plenty of room for everyone, large dining table, fridge, sink, and propane grill! Lift is not for guest use.
