Seas the Moment is a wonderful vacation property very close to the beach (about a three-minute walk!) Very comfortable accommodations, very clean and welcoming, and a plethora of games and beach toys available. This was our second year staying here and was as good as the 5-star rating I gave it last year! Max and Melisa are excellent hosts!

Location was great! Only a few steps away from the beach. I Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning. Master bedroom was nice a spacious. Only draw back is there is no storage, closet, or dresser in the 3rd bedroom. We had a great stay at Seas the Moment. Thanks for having us.

The house worked out really well for what our family wanted, walk to the beach, room for everyone and the two pools, lazy river and on-site restaurant was great. We would suggest bringing food for your meals, as there is not enough options to eat out close by. Melissa was so quick in answering any of our questions. Home was clean and comfortable. We would come here again.

Great Place!!

The house was nicely updated with just enough space for myself and my husband and daughter. The owners were very kind and responsive, too. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to return for a longer stay!

We had a great stay here. The house was Impeccably clean, and had everything you could want and more. Fully stocked kitchen, Beach towels available, plus a storage closet filled with beach chairs, sand, toys, boogie boards, and a wagon to carry it all in to the beach

Relaxing and Private Beach

Great location and property amenities including a bar and restaurant. Never have to leave unless you want to. No need to pack beach or pool supplies because they’ve got it all! Can have groceries delivered from target! This definitely will be a regular stop for us.

Peaceful, relaxing beach getaway in TX!

Melissa and Max were amazing hosts! Great communication and a well-maintained and clean home. It was the perfect beach getaway right in Texas.

This house was great. Hosts were attentive and welcoming, it was very clean, nice location, etc. Definitely would go back. The rate was very high, but I think that’s because we booked it literally last minute, and it was Memorial Day weekend, so I assume they raised the rate for that reason. We initially had another beach house when we arrived the night before, but the AC was out so we were relocated, given a refund, plus VRBO gave us a credit, so that is why we were able to book this house with the higher rate. If it wasn’t for that we could not have afforded the 700 per night, making it a total of 1600 for 2 nights. Normally when we book a house during the summertime, we stay in the same area in a very similar house for under 450/night.

Seas the Moment is Exceptional

This property has all the comforts of home and more amenities than my family and I could take advantage of during our stay. The owners are wonderful to work with and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The location and proximity to the beach made it easy for our family (especially our grandkids!) to enjoy the sand and surf. Thank you, Melissa!

Seasthemoment and relax

The house is beautifully decorated, roomy, and well-equipped. Short walk to clean, uncrowded beach. We enjoyed the pool and spa at the Beach Club as well as the bar. Nice place to relax and enjoy the moment.

Perfect House!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The home was spotless and well appointed with supplies. The owners were helpful and easy to get ahold of. The home is very close to the beach and was the perfect size for our family. We will for sure be booking again!
