What a magnificent stay! The house had everything you could possibly want and dream for. Perfectly located in the UP area to have day trips all over the area. Nice and secluded with plenty of room to run and play!

This property is gorgeous and it was impeccably clean. It was perfect for our neighbor getaway to wine country. The host, Dana, was gracious and responded promptly. A short drive to downtown Traverse City for shopping or for a day touring the peninsula wineries. We definitely plan on returning! Thanks for a beautiful place to stay and make memories.

The property gave us total privacy but was close to everything we wanted to see in traverse city and sleeping bear dunes. The property is nicer than the photos and was very clean. There was all included the extras we sometimes have to buy after we move in. There was soap, toilet paper and laundry detergent there. The beds were comfortable and the leaves had turned with beautiful fall colors. The owner was quick to respond if we needed information and left us many suggestions on where to eat and what to do. We all enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again if we visit this region.

This is a fabulous property. Wonderful setup, equipped with everything we needed to make the stay pleasant, peaceful exterior, and very gracious hosts. We’re hoping to plan another trip to the Traverse City area just so we can stay here again.

The house is well maintained and the beds are comfortable. The host Dana is very responsive. The air conditioning was a big plus as it was fairly warm outside during our visit and it also helped keep the smoke from the wildfire fires out of the house. It’s reasonably close to lake Michigan and nearby towns. Only negative is that the house doesn’t have a dishwasher so you need to wash dishes before you use them the first time as you don’t know how neat the preceding guest was. To be fair the listing doesn’t list a dishwasher so it shouldn’t come as a surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals at the house. The gas grill was a plus as we grilled most dinners. Would be happy to rent the house again on a future visit to the Traverse City area.
