Perfect for your annual family gathering, the property is spread over three levels with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. Twenty guests can be accommodated in comfort with beautiful ocean views throughout the home and private patios on multiple levels.

Newly remodeled with an open floor plan and brand new designer furniture throughout. Large windows and top-floor private deck provide plenty of natural light.

Property includes two kitchens, two dining areas, and two living areas both flowing onto your private patios overlooking the ocean. Relax on the expansive top-floor private patio with a stunning ocean view and resort-style lounge area. Equipped with BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella for an incredible outdoor dining experience.

Space provides two master suites and four additional guest rooms for a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms over three levels.

Two private enclosed garages for a total of four vehicles.

We recently remodeled the vacation home with brand new flooring, paint, appliances, new designer furniture, and comfy beds throughout.

Please note we require a 4 night minimum for weekends (1 night minimum stay is fine for weekdays) unless there is a last minute vacancy. We have one week minimums, Saturday - Saturday, June 20 through August 15. Winter Holidays are also one week minimums, Thanksgiving is a 5 night minimum.

Great Location

Had a great stay. The Location is hard to beat. House had lots of room in its common spaces. Was easier to park out front than to try to squeeze suvs into the tight garages. It rained hard one night and water came in from under one of the outside doors. Made use of the sand toys and boggie boards from the garage. The whole family had a great time.

Great Spot

The property was excellent. The two separate units that we rented as one worked out well as we had 8 kids and 8 adults in our party. I would highly recommend as a place for a family reunion!
