About this property

Home with soul on the outskirts of Alaro!

This lovingly renovated country house from the 16th century combines history and modernity. Originally it was a mill that was expanded and expanded into 2 separate houses. In the meantime, both houses are connected and offer a lot of space and privacy and many different terraces. The property offers a wonderful view in an elevated south-west position, 4 double rooms and 2 children's rooms (one with a double bed that can also be used by adults), 2 swimming pools with outdoor shower, a children's playground, bicycles and walking distance to the market square of Alaro (5 min walk) ). There are 2 lovely cats living on the finca, who sometimes like to stay indoors if its a hot day. Enjoy an oasis at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains that is second to none. Alaro is a very beautiful mountain village, about 20 minutes from Palma. There is a weekly market on the market square every Saturday and there are many restaurants and cafes that are popular with locals, cyclists and hikers. The city festival Son Roc in August offers many events such as live music in the market place, children's animation and art exhibitions.

Fab stay in Alaro, central Mallorca

Very professional check in to a lovely property. All rooms very well presented, clean, well furnished and a lovely feel to the house. Excellent air-con (thankfully), two super swimming pools that are very well maintained, and a short walk into the small but well served town of Alaro. Highly recommended!

Wir waren Anfang August 2019 zu 9. für 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Villa von Claudio und Mandy. Alles sah noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich und vor allem hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen aufgetaucht sind. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen gern wieder!

Traumhaft, romantisch und ruhig gelegen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage ist strategisch sehr gut, man kann zu Fuss in den Ort laufen der viele Restaurants und Cafes hat. Die Finca liegt ruhig und privat und bietet einen tollen Bergblick und jeglichen Komfort. Wir kommen wieder!
