Condo is in need of upgrades. It worked for what we needed for the few days were there but was frustrated by how the pictures don't show the true kitchen or shower. Shower floor felt like I was going to fall through and by the time the second person got into the shower hot water ran out. Construction going on right in front of the balcony was not made aware of this. Was still able to look at marina and enjoy the water.

Great location accommodations ok

Unit very dated. Drawers don’t close lights on a timer. Loose receptacles on the walls. Dumpster and working shed right below the unit overall best area to stay in St Thomas. Close to ferry, Red Hook, great beaches.

This rental was comfortable in size for the two of us. The view from the balcony was great. b

Check in was easy but left us feeling a bit insecure as the door was unlocked and the key left inside. The rental was clean as far as no dust or crumbs or evidence of other renters but we were disappointed with the disrepair of basic items like the sink drainer that was rusty, the main mirror in the bathroom was broken and mismatched, cheap, chipped and loose handled/broken kitchen ware. The items were usable but not what we expected. Just unpleasant. We had questions about check out and could not get an answer or reply for two hours on check out morning.
