Michael and Ashley always make sure that everything we need is there. One time I asked if there was a Keurig there and was told no. Then, when we got there one was sitting on the counter. That's the kind of hosts they are. The cabins are always clean. The hot tub is just what we need to unwind. The kitchen has everything you need. If you want to have a real family get together, there are two king size beds and 3 sofa beds, so the entire gang can come and make great memories.

The positive was the cabin was close to town. The negative was the cabin didn't seem super clean. The mattresses were very old and very uncomfortable. The downstairs smells funny due to carpet and the wall unit downstairs smelt like urine.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location and the property was clean and comfortable. We even got to see a bear strolling around the resort one morning! The only complaint I would have is that the outdoor pool didn’t look like it was usable and definitely smaller than I expected. We only used the indoor pool.

We looooooved it! It was soooooo cute and spacious BUT I read a review before we booked about the washing machine being having mold/mildew, and that was true, unfortunately. So we did not wash any of our clothes. We just dried our wet, swim wear and pool towels. We enjoyed everything else about it. And the hot tub was a added touch!

The cabin was clean and ready to go when we got there. The hot tub was clean as well. Great location! The host communicated effectively and made sure I had no issues with getting checked into the cabin!

This cute cabin is tucked away from the busy city of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to all attractions. The size of house was perfect and provided a wonderful morning view of the mountains from the master bedroom on the top floor.

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin and will do so again in the future. The hosts were amazing, and so helpful. I highly recommend staying at one of their cabins. This is our 2nd cabin that we’ve stayed at.

We loved the place! We were four 80 yo ladies and we had a grand time in your cabin. It was everything you advertised! We only used the hot tub one night but enjoyed it. We were too busy! We went to Cades Cove, Apple Barn, the new Diner there on the Parkway. We had banana Splits at the diner at the corner of Wears Valley Road and the parkway. The location was great!We will be back!

The gas grill was out dateed and didnt work. All carpet smelled like urine. Dust Webbs though out portions of the house. Front load washer had mold on the inside of the plastic liner . Was unable to use the downstairs bedroom due to the strong odor of urine in the room from the carpet. Blood on the bedroom floor carpet in the master bedroom. Water in hot tub wasn't clean. And the hot tub area was not clean at all. Other then that the location of the rental was great less then 5 min from the strip. Home needs a major upgrade. Also the welcome book provide by owners was dated from 2012

We have been to Pigeon Forge for lots of classic car shows but this is the first time we've rented a cabin. The property owners are super nice and messaged back quickly! The home is clean and adorable with lots of space. This home was perfect for us as a couple traveling with our teenager. We will absolutely be back!!

Place was clean and had everything we needed. The place struggled to keep it cool below 78-80 during the day on the main level. We were grateful the bedrooms had separate A/C's for sleeping. The doors could use some adjusting/fixed-the kids could not open them because they were sticking. Other than it being well used it served our stay very good.
