Great location! Completely updated 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that is right across the street from the Cotton Valley Rail Trail and Crescent Lake/Mast Landing. Ride your bike 1 mile to town or 1 mile to Albee Beach or go for a challenge and ride the whole 26 miles round trip! Bring your boat or your kayak and launch it right across the street. After a long day at the lake, enjoy an evening on the outdoor sectional and light the fire pit!

Property sleeps 6 people in beds (up to 8 with an air mattress). Large parking lot to park your trailer.

I would highly recommend staying here! The Location is perfect and the owners are so accommodating.

I rented the apartment for 3 months to be close to my daughter and her family. The children stayed over and there was plenty of space for the family for Thanksgiving.🥰

Immaculate, cute place

Clean, new yet cozy accommodations. Mary was very responsive. The kayaks and bikes are a nice bonus considering the location of the place.

We moved to New Hampshire recently and immediately fell in love with the Lakes Region. There are so many things to do around here including kayaking, boating, skiing, hiking, camping and so much more.

Why they chose this property

This is actually the first house we lived in when we moved here. I love to ride my bike to town to pick up groceries and also to ride my bike to the beach.
