We think family vacations make for the best experiences and happiest memories ever! “Sweet P by the Sea” is all about helping to create those memorable family beach vacations! Our cheery little Hilton Head villa is the ultimate vacation spot for a small family. In fact, it's our own family getaway, so we take great care in making it ideal for yours, right down to family-friendly books and games. Our Sweet P has colorful coastal décor and comfortable bedding that will surely brighten your mornings, and our private deck is perfect for grilling burgers in the evening, and sipping a glass of wine after the kids nod off. In a small residential development with a community pool and new pickleball/tennis court, we’re only a short five minute walk to one of the quietest stretches of beach on Hilton Head Island. A short bike ride (1.5 miles) takes you to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, and you're even close to kid-favorite Lawton Stables in Sea Pines, with its horses and petting zoo! Your days will be filled! Please note **We require a signed rental agreement and copy of valid Driver’s license by primary renter for any approved bookings.

Great condo!

My family stayed here on our week long summer vacation. Perfect size for our family. Loved that the beach was just a short walk away. Also enjoyed the pool, basketball and pickleball court. We would definitely stay here again! We love Hilton Head!

Sweet Escape

We had an amazing time in Hilton Head at this property. Perfect location for us with a short 5 min walk to a more private area of the beach, near Sea Pines, and easy bike ride to Coligny and other restaurants/shops nearby (we rented bikes for the week). We really enjoyed the pool and pickleball court at the property. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was also great having a washer and dryer on site. The owners did a wonderful job of quickly answering any questions we had. We couldn't ask for a better experience on our beach vacation!

Best location in Hilton Head again!

We love Hilton Head and this property. Beach feels almost private, not crowded a short peaceful shaded walk. Pickle ball, pool, parking, great spot to walk and bike. We love it here!

Wonderful stay and nice location

We stayed for 4 nights during Christmas holidays. The place is very clean, cozy and exactly as in pictures. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Brian and Grace are great hosts and communicated everything. Kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook few meals while it was raining and when it’s not we spent time cycling around to beach areas, shops and restaurants.We would like to stay here again.

A Perfect Little Get Away

Sweet P is a bright, happy place! Everything you could need to make yourself comfortable was readily available. Lots of cute touches and decor. Easy walk to beach as well as convenient location for restaurants etc.

This is our third trip to Hilton Head.We love these villas. They have everything on site that a family could want. The beach is right across the road and Sea Pines is right next-door.

The condo was very convenient and in an area that wasn't as congested as some of the places on the island. We found everything clean and in working order. The pool was nice and not crowded most days. Thank you for a nice stay.

Short walk to a semi-private area of the beach!

This villa was just about perfect for our family of five. The property pool was rather large for the number of villas and the path to the beach is just a few steps away.

Hidden gem!

We loved our stay while at Sweet P by the Sea! It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We loved the adorable decor inside, the cleanliness of the home and the comfort of the furniture. The location on the island is great and just minutes away from everything you could need! Hosts were easy to communicate with and they have everything set up perfectly. Definitely our favorite stay on the island yet!
