Property okay'ish, garden very poor

The property was okay, one of the patio door had a broken lock, all the knives were streak knives no ordinary knives. The rear garden was in a very poor condition, due to bamboo there was bamboo shoots coming up all around the garden, the varden furniture had not been cleaned and the parasol was in a outside 'shed' covered in cobwebs / spiders. I had not recommend this property.

Bon hébergement clair et calme

Petit jardin et baies vitrées appréciés. Séjour confortable. Bonne literie. Sdb un peu étroite mais fonctionnelle. L' emplacement est très bien. Proche et à égale distance du marché et de la mer. Il manquait un plateau, une petite casserole et quelques petits récipients.

Petite maison proche du centre et du front de mer

Située à 5 mns à pieds du front de mer, de la Cathédrale, du marché ouvert tous les matins et de tous les commerces, notre séjour s’est effectué sans prendre une seule fois notre véhicule. Le point fort de la maison est son agencement adapté jusqu’à 6 personnes et au calme. Le jardinet est appreciable.

La maison très propre, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée ,correspondait tout a fait à mes besoins.Pour une première découverte de la ville de Royan, nous avons pu faire tout à pied.Le marché central , la cathédrale,les plages..... Le quartier est très calme, bien que proche du centre-ville. Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour.

Une superbe location de vacances

Une très belle location située au centre de Royan proche de tout on peut passer un séjour sans toucher à la voiture l'appartement est super bien équipé avec un électroménager de haut de gamme et un petit jardin très suffisant pour pouvoir se relaxer dehors je le recommande vivement

Première fois à Royan. Le Logement est très bien situé dans la ville, casi centre ville. Très calme. Marché tous les jours… un vrai régal. Le logement est vraiment très sympa, très bien équipé, très propre. Idéal pour une famille.

Petite maison sympa ( avec un petit coup de raffraichissement et modernité ce serait le top) très bien située . Nous avons été très bien accueillis et l'hôte a été très arrangeant et a su s'adapter à nos demandes concernant l'arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons.
