Plusieurs commerces au pied de l’immeuble sont à votre disposition : Mini Market, Restaurant Italien, excursions en catamarans et bateaux à moteur, locations de bateaux et diverses activités nautiques (jet ski et bouées tractées), presse, bijouterie et de nombreuses autres boutiques qui ouvriront prochainement.
Il y a des taxis sur Saint Martin mais il reste fortement conseillé de louer un véhicule, les prix sont très intéressants.
