Our home is over 4700sqft of spacious amazing comfort.

Whether you are on the ground level enjoying the open concept featuring a huge living room area flowing into the dining room nook with a table that seats up to 16 or the fabulous kitchen equipped with dual refrigerators and dual dish washers.

If relaxation is a priority, stroll out through the sliding door and behold a wonderful lanai where you will find a beautiful, heated pool & spa, lounge chairs including patio furniture completely enclosed.

Settle in upstairs with a pool table, air-hockey, including wet bar and wine cooler.

For the guest that loves the movie theater, we got you covered, head over to the garage which has been converted into a theater room with A/C and Heat. There you can pair your mobile device to the entertainment system and stream your movies and enjoy the comfort of a dine-in movie theater.

For our golfers, the best routine is, play a round at one of the many courses in the area, then return right into the spa for a good recovery and rest up for tomorrow's round.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Collect all TV controls and leave in them next to the TVs
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
11 rooms are available 22 persons max. Driveway has space for 2 cars, 5 street parking passes can be issued per house to park between white lines.
Guest must return the house as they receive it, free of debris, all dishes washed and counters and appliances clean
Use all appliances safely, you can ask the booking agent for assistance, they will arrange a visit from a staff member to assist.

Great communication from the host. Nicely remodeled property. Great pool heat. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Two refrigerators was a plus as well. And can't forget about the amazing theater room!

Exceptional house; everything was clean, thoughtful, well-maintained and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, comfortable and well-appointed; plenty of lamps and light. Pool and hot tub were A-plus; kitchen was well-equipped. Instructions were clear and simple. Communication excellent. Recommend this rental for worry-free accommodation. Would book again tomorrow.

This was a great location with a great host! The house was very spacious, clean, and close by to a lot of activities. We had an issue with heating up the pool and using the movie room and the host was kind and extremely responsive. He addressed the issues immediately. I would recommend this place for a future vacation!

We just finished our annual Orlando golf trip. Host was top notch. Communicated with us regularly before, during & afterwards. House was exactly as described. Big spacious, clean and wonderful. Corner lot with plenty of parking close by. Simple keyless entry. Everyone had their own king/queen room and own bath. There was only eight of us so we had extra unused areas. Plenty of room to stretch out. Kitchen area was awesome. Large & open. The two refrigerators were a nice touch. One for food and other for beverages. Plenty of cookware, glassware and accessories. Even had a bowl of extra spices. Salt/pepper etc. Nice touch. Gated safe community with a terrific clubhouse. Within minutes to everything. Golf, Disney, stores & restaurants. Rent this home and you won’t be disappointed.

This home was exactly what I needed for my businesswomen’s retreat. The entire place was spotless, fully stocked with all the essentials, and beautifully decorated — no cartoon-themed rooms, which was a major win for me because I wanted a clean, elevated, adult vibe for my event.Every bedroom had a comfortable bed, the furniture felt intentional and well-kept, and the layout made it easy for everyone to settle in and feel at home. The movie theater was a perfect bonus — great for our sessions and downtime.The host clearly takes pride in this property, and it shows.
