The unit is the top floor of a two story home that over looks Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Mission Bay, La Jolla and Sea World - endless views and breezes. The location is see with in 5 mins to the airport and 5-10 mins to almost all other San Diego attractions (Zoo, down town, Beaches, both Bays, Liberty Station). It very much has the look and feel of a single family home.

The space is completely remodeled with modern touches. 1240 sqft of open modern living with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The open kitchen and living room area flow together seemlessly. Then entire length of the west wall is windows from the living room, to the kitchen and into one of the en suite bedrooms.

There is a sitting nook in the kitchen that looks out endlessly, a great place for breakfast for two or to enjoy a sunset cocktail. The master suite has a oversized bathroom and shower with rainfall showerhead. Both showers are tiled with glass enclosures.

There is also cozy porch out front in a gated garden area, perfect for morning coffee. The unit comes with one on-site parking space, laundry, gas stove and full kitchen. There is full cable TV package including Showtime, HBO and Cinemax, as well as 5G WiFi.

The bottom floor is a separate unit, which is not usually rented out to Short Term Rental and is completely separate. Please inquire if that will be an issue.

The property is not particularly kid friendly for toddlers. The entry has stone stairs and stone walls, the interior has a fire place with stone hearth, furniture has exposed steel and wood and the outlets are not child proof and some of the windows extend nearly to the floor. We have hosted toddlers, but want to ensure everything is communicated appropriately.

Property is in the flight path. Planes are not allowed to fly from 11:30pm to 6:30am. It has dual pane windows and insulation as with most homes in the neighborhood.

NOTE ON PARTIES/ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We do not allow any parties as this unit is not conducive to such activities and out of respect for our neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed to stay at and enter the property. If any other guests are requested to enter the property, this must be OK'd by the host. Under no circumstances are additional guests allowed exceeding the number allowed for this listing per city codes. This will be strictly enforced. We are reasonable hosts and ask that any special circumstances be communictaed to the host in as much detail as possible. If guests are approved, they must leave NLT 9:30pm and all quiet times must be followed as previously noted. As noted in the safety section, we do have cameras on site (exterior only) and we can confirm guests who enter the property if necessary. All reservations where this is violated will be terminated immediately and all people will be vacated. We are very accomodating hosts, but we cannot tolerate any violations of this policy.
