Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 AM. Housekeeping typically arrives promptly at 10:00 - 10:15 AM.

* Load any soiled dishes (and dish cleanser) into dishwasher and start on quick cycle.
* Remove all personal food items from refrigerator and cabinets.
* Take out all trash and recyclables to the designated outdoor containers (right of rear alleyway gate).
* Turn off all lights/heaters.
* Remember to log off of any personal streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) from home smart TV
* Let me know if there were any issues during your stay - or if any items require my attention.

The cottage is close enough to stay connected to the local scene (walk to the public beach, restaurants, dining and shopping) but far enough away to enjoy quite relaxation, sounds of splashing waves, and the ease of on-street parking - often right in front of the cottage.
OB is a low key beach community filled with flair and personality. Said differently, OB offers the pitch perfect throw-back groovy vibe of a vintage Southern California beach town, coupled with friendly locals, great dining, and a vibrant beach and surf scene.
