The house is located in La Turballe about 100 meters from the beach with uninterrupted views to the sea. Here you have sports such as swimming, sailing, hiking, tennis, horse riding ect.
It is a compact holiday home for paktischen taste with up to 10 sleeps.
La Turballe is located in the Loire Valley, or rather on the 'Cote d'Amour' surrounded by a bay between Le Croisic and Piriac. Kilometres of sandy beaches, partly rocky coast and a very pleasant beeinfrußtes by the Gulf Stream climate is always inspire the visitors. In the hinterland, the 'white land' of Guerande ersteckt with the sea salt works and the 'Grand Briere' with her black peat bog and thatched houses.

Fidèle à l'annonce et photos mises en ligne par les propriétaires.La maison à tout le nécessaire que ce soit vaisselier, literie etc.. Cela nous suffit pour nous et sommes satisfait.Je tiens d ailleurs à les remercier pour leur écoute et d'avoir répondu présent quand on avait une question à leur poser. Pour faire court, le logement est vétuste et loin des normes en vigueur pour un ERP de classe 5. Un logement surévalué’ à ne pas retenir.

Publicité mensongère mis à part la vue sur la mer. Tout est écrit en allemand.

Télévision ne marche pas, lave vaisselle miniature, vélos rouillés, store chambre rouillé donc très dur à faire fonctionné. Appartement resté dans son jus, année 70. Mais ménage bien fait.

Chère famille Groupil, nous sommes content que vous ayez apprécié la magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous sommes désolés que le téléviseur soit tombé en panne, merci pour l'information. Nous avons retiré cette fonctionnalité du marché. Oui, la maison est en partie encore dans son état d'origine (années 80), mais nous rénovons progressivement et les photos proposées sont toujours à jour. Oui, le lave-vaisselle est petit, mais c'est mieux que de ne pas en avoir. Il est normal que les vélos rouillent si près de la mer, c'est pourquoi ils ne font pas partie de notre offre, mais nos locataires sont très heureux de les utiliser sans supplément de prix. Les volets seront vérifiés et nous transmettrons vos compliments à notre femme de ménage. Cordialement Claudia Werny

très belle vue sur l'océan et presque les pieds dans l'eau

La maison est très bien située: vue imprenable sur l'océan,pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se baigner et beaux couchers de soleil. Point négatif: pour 8 personnes, il manque des grands plats et une grand faitout pour préparer des moules.

Maison pratique offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer !

Les prestations sont conformes au descriptif, la plage est vraiment à proximité . Pour les non germanophones, je vous conseille d'apporter quelques DVD pour les enfants en cas de mauvais temps.
