Great Place, highly recommend, host was awesome and the place had amazing views from all levels including the rooftop terrace. Everything you needed for a great vacation. On a hill so ride share is needed unless you like to walk, which we did all the way to the promenade. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Delia.

Family trip to Nice

This was the most perfect setting! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and had the most amazing views from the patio and rooftop deck. Delia, the property manager, was responsive and very helpful before and during our stay. She even arranged for wonderful treats and snacks and Prosecco upon our arrival - which was an especially welcoming touch! We would definitely book the apartment again and look forward to returning in the future!

Great Place

This property is a truly great find. We splurged and booked it for 3 weeks and loved every minute of it. It is every bit as nice as it looks in the pictures and it was bit hard to tear ourselves away on the last day. We arrived a bit early and intruded on the cleaning process, but Delia not only accommodated our early arrival, but had on hand Prosecco, rose and various snacks so we could relax on the deck in style while the cleaning was in progress. The views are stunning and a bit mesmerizing with all the boating action in and out of the harbor. We originally planned to a little more sight seeing than we did. This was in part because we had been to the area before and covered most of the highlights, but also because apartment was so comfortable and relaxing. Side note, it would have been great to have some binoculars or a telescope in the unit to really zero in on the boating action and distant scenery. In looking at the pictures, now that we have been there, the outdoor furniture has changed a bit and there is now a Jura fully automatic espresso machine in the kitchen. It was fully utilized and a huge plus for us. We would like to thank Delia. She was a responsive and thoughtful host and a true professional.

Incredible views with some impracticalities

Let me start off by saying that the views from this apartment are incredible, especially from the roof deck! Overall, the apartment has a great modern design, but that does lead to some impracticalities. The doors on the bedroom level are all frosted glass, so if anyone turns on a light or goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, everyone's going to know it. There was no place to hang our bathroom towels, of which we only received one per person. Don't get me wrong, this is a very cool and stylish apartment and I would recommend it. It was clean and quiet, which was a plus for our group as we weren't looking for the nightlife. You will need a car to get to this place as it is not easily walkable from Old Nice and the Port. Luckily it has a dedicated parking spot, which is hard to come by in this area.
