Our family of 9 had a wonderful stay at this home! It was clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and amenities. We loved the extra blankets!

Great location to visit the area! The bed was comfortable and the area is nice and quiet. Nice size living room and kitchen to have time with family as well! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot

We went to our first Tennessee vs Alabama game with some friends from California and had an amazing time. Super close and accessible to restaurants and the freeway. Will definitely stay here again.

Knoxville Weekend Getaway

The house was located in a quite neighborhood. Wonderful location to be close to downtown without the noise or traffic. Plenty of parking and rooms for a friends weekend getaway. House was clean and well stocked.

Just perfect for our grouo

We had 9 adults and an 18 month old. We had plenty space, towels and it was so convenient to everything we had going on with my daughter’s baby shower! They were flexible with check in and check out and answered so fast! Parking was great!

We had a great stay overall. There was a bit of hiccup with checking in but we quickly got on the phone with Terry to figure it out. He was very sweet and accommodating! We would all come back again!

Quiet Cul-de-sac retreat

Spacious, updated home on quiet cul-de-sac. Easy access to shopping and entertainment. Only a 7 minute drive to the best line dancing in town at Cotton Eyed Joe’s.

Knoxville in the burbs

Great time here with the open floor plan and lots of seating for all. Close to any location in Knoxville area. Stay away from Corner 16 restaurant, looks are deceiving.

Wedding Stay

Our large family was in town for the wedding of our son and the house was just a described and fit our needs very well. We had a need for 7 beds for the stay and the 3 bathrooms were wonderful with this many people. The air conditioner worked superb and the house was very clean and comfortable. The living room and breakfast area had plenty of room for us and the TV/electronics worked with no problems. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

We were in town visiting family to celebrate a 50th anniversary. We wanted to be close to our family in town and this house was perfect. It had enough beds for all of us. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our group of 9 people. We enjoyed having the space to relax together in the morning, so much better than having multiple hotel rooms! Since the house is a bi-level the upstairs can get a little warmer at night as it does in all houses like this, so we appreciated the fans in the upstairs bedrooms! The kids were happy to have the downstairs to themselves. Thanks!
