On the main level, there is a spacious great room, hall bath, and primary bedroom suite. The spacious deck just off the great room is ideal for entertaining with a gas barbecue and hot tub overlooking the lake. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a den that share a full hall bath and two more bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Four of the five bedrooms have lovely lakeviews. Whether you come for active play or to simply relax, Reflections is the perfect spot for all your needs!

The Dollar Point area is well positioned to enjoy a plethora of activities, with its central location between Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Stroll or cruise the bike path from the area to city centre Tahoe City and beyond, following the flowing Truckee River to Olympic Valley. Enjoy family-friendly events all summer long at Commons Beach. In the winter, this area is central to numerous world-class skiing options, including Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, and Homewood Mountain Resort. The nearby sleigh hill at Granlibakken is fun for all ages, and the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park offers ice skating, sledding, and winter trails. Across the street, the Tahoe XC Centre, a local's favourite, offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, and in the summer is an extensive trail network for hiking and mountain biking, with beautiful, scenic trails for all levels. For those who prefer to swing the clubs, Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach boasts a beautiful and challenging nine-hole course, while the Tahoe City golf course provides a casual setting in the centre of town. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only at properties that indicate Pets Considered in the amenities tab. If you are planning to bring your pet, please conduct your search specifically for a home that is pet-friendly. Prior written approval is required, and a pet fee applies. Please call our office to enquire about your pet, as homes may have varying policies.

County Rules
Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below, also included in your signed in the Holiday Rental Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.
Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and caravans must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from the holiday rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimised in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.

Lights Out: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the Ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.

Red Flag Warnings: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal barbecues and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winds, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.

Winter Driving
Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windscreen wipers, demister, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tyres need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4x4 vehicle. Summer Patio Furniture
Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.

Black bears are very common in this area and have become habituated to human food and rubbish. Because bears no longer have a strong fear of humans, you may encounter bears during your spring, summer and fall stays. Feeding bears is illegal. Leaving food outside, trash accessible, or doors and windows unlocked is likely to cause significant property damage to homes and to vehicles. Please take a moment to learn how to be Bear Aware, so that we can continue to live in harmony with our wildlife.

Office Holiday Hours
The TLUXP office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.
