Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your stay was disrupted by the building's hallway alarm panel. As our team mentioned when you called, this equipment is fully owned and managed by the building's Homeowners Association (HOA), not our individual rental company. We aggressively pressured building management for an emergency repair during this period, and we can happily reassure future guests that the HOA believes they have resolved the issue and we have not had issues in some time. We appreciate your feedback regarding the cozy, mountain-style interior. Regarding the outlets, many units in this region feature wall switches that control specific plugs for lamps; turning these switches on activates the power to charge devices. We wish you better travels ahead.
