Beach Retreat, Beach view with Beach Road Access

Beautifully furnished beach house featuring 3 master bedrooms, each with a private bath, plus a bunkroom sleeping 10. Spacious living area with large sectional and 75” smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen with granite island, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and Wi‑Fi. Board games included. Enjoy deck seating, porch swing, picnic table, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. Small pets allowed with fee. Just a 2‑minute walk to the beach.

* Linens for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash rag per max guest occupancy, and dish towels will be supplied.

* The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while guest is at the property.

* The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guest.

* By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.

* MINIMUM RENTING AGE: 25 years of age

* Booking profile must match full name on valid government issued ID of primary renter.

* Once you have booked a reservation, you have 24 hours to submit a valid government issued ID required to verify identity. After 24 hours, the no penalty cancellation policy expires and we have the right to withhold all payments if you are under the age of 25, falsified age, name or any type of fraudulent activity in order to obtain a reservation.

* Falsifying age, name or any type of fraudulent activity is not tolerated.

* Renter/guest forfeits 100% of rates of nights booked, deposits and fees if any fraudulent activity is found on behalf of the renter/guest. This pertains to any fraudulent booking no matter what date the reservation is made and/or canceled.

* OCCUPANCY: Max guests for rates listed is 14 persons. No exceptions. You will be evicted from the property without a refund if the max number is exceeded.

* No Events / parties are allowed.

Great family vacation!

We had 10 people stay here (multi gen family) for our family getaway! The house was perfect for us Clean and tidy. The host was amazing and super helpful and accommomdating We will be back and will recommend them to everyone!

Family Retreat

Property was close enough to walk to the beach. Lots of room for everyone and comfortable beds. I would suggest providing a larger skillet for parties of 14, and the kitchen needs a couple of hand towels. Overall, we had everything necessary, and everyone had a great time! Would definitely book again.

Perfect for extended family vacation

This is a great home for muliple families going on vacation together. This vacation included my husband , our two children; my parents and my brothers family (him, his wife and three kids) so to have three bedrooms with their own private bathroom and then a bunkroom for the kids was amazing. Everyone had plenty of space. Easy walk to the beach ornyou could drive down and park right on the beach (parking permit eequired for $10).

Beach trip

Condo was in a great location and the owner was very easy to get ahold of if needed. The only downfall during our trip were the mosquitos. We did not get to enjoy being on the deck cause they were so bad.

GREAT WEEKEND

EVERYTHING WAS IN GREAT WORKING ORDER BUT WANT TO NOTE THAT ONE OF THE DECK BOARDS IS ROTTEN AND COULD CAUSE A SERIOUS PROBLEM. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO BE ABLE TO USE THE LIFT THAT WAS THERE BUT UNDERSTANDABLE AT TO WHY NOT, OTHERWISE IT WAS A GREAT PLACE!

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time here! The walk to the beach was very short! The outdoor shower was perfect to help keep sand out and what not outside. The home had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the kids room, their only complaint was they wished they had a tv in it. Loved that each master bedroom had its own restroom! There was even a full bath in the hall that could be used if needed. The view on the patio was awesome! Us adults enjoyed it out there and loved the furniture! The grill was perfect since we mostly cooked out for our meals. This is definitely a must come back to place! Thank you for allowing us to stay! Communication was great!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in the Emerald Beach neighborhood! The home was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described in the listing. Every bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and our entire family had a wonderful weekend together.One of our favorite things was how close the house was to the beach, it made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The fully stocked kitchen was another huge plus. It had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group, including a crockpot, which made cooking for everyone so convenient. This home truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely book again and can't wait to come back!

Much needed getaway!!

A little nervous to rent a property site unseen but we were pleasantly surprised! The home is very nice, very clean. We really enjoyed having our puppy with us! Made the trip even better! The location is very close to the beach. We took a family vote and the results were unanimous. We would stay here again!

Kandi is an awesome person to communicate with. She was easily accessible & very prompt when I had questions. The house is perfect for 2 families with children or without. Wonderful Vacation

House is beautiful and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The only thing missing was a broom. House was located close to the beach and we had a great vacation! Wish we could have stayed longer. The owner answered questions we had while we were there very quickly and was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access to the beach

Lovely home with great outdoor space. Was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you could need. Hosts were very communicative and focused on ensuring their guests had a great time.
