Carpinteria RARE Single level beach condo in prime location, no stairs. Huge deck with bar, lots of outside seating with umbrella for shade. Less than a minute walk to the sand. Condo shows like new. Super charming with new bath, farm house sink, butcher block counter tops. Shared heated pool and jacuzzi. Laundry room onsite. Linens and towels included. Condo has queen bed in bedroom, single bed in hall and a double futon in living room. NO SMOKING ALLOWED per Carpinteria City Ordinance 778.
Pricing for 2, addition guests $25 each per night.

So much charm and a great location to top it! Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Attention to every detail in this unit! Beach gear available. Great spot for sunsets and swimming with seals! Beware: Bedroom is in the back and has no windows, we were able to loose track of time and get caught up on sleep! I would highly recommend and would stay again!

Pricilia was an Excellent guest. Super great communication, followed all rules and kept the place immaculate. Such a pleasure to host and would recommend her to any host. Hope she comes back to Sunset 141 in the future!

Eileen was a very sweet and fabulous host!! She was very thorough in her notes and even texted us to make it easier to communicate. We loved this adorable little place. It was honestly one of the cleanest places we have stayed at in a long while! The patio is such a bonus…my husband and I sipped coffee every morning outside on the patio. Also, it is less than a minute walk to the beach. We walked to all of the eateries and the store from here too. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but that is a great bonus too!
