- A quaint mezzanine bedroom with a ceiling height of about 4 ft, featuring two single beds that can be easily combined to form a king-size bed. Note that standing upright in this area is not possible due to the low ceiling.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 4 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.
