Spacious year-round lakefront house located on Little Sebago Lake. Two Kayaks and a small fishing paddle boat. Great location - close to grocery stores, restaurants, mini-golf, hiking trails, Shawnee Peak ski area. 2 king beds, a full-size sleeping sofa, and a bunk bed for kids. Large playing room for small kids, a large living room with 75" TV.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful time and hope to return! The water was shallow and ideal for our toddlers. The playroom and swing set were incredible and made vacation that much more memorable for our little ones. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Winter Vacation

We had a fantastic winter vacation. Our plans were to relax, enjoy time with family and do a bit of fishing. Check, Check and Check. We definitely recommend this property. The owner, Roman, was readily available to answer questions when they came up and even had a fantastic bottle of wine and some fresh vegetables waiting for us to arrive. Thanks again Roman. Great time all around.
