This Flagship Rentals property has 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and sits on 1.25 acres of land. Despite its rural feel, it's conveniently located near all Twin Cities locations, including the Woodbury, St Paul, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, and Mall of America. Enjoy watching wildlife like deer and wild turkeys.
A super kitchen with a granite island and a fireplace, three large bedrooms, and a master bedroom bath. Rural character yet close to St Paul and Stillwater.
Separate Locked Owner’s one-bedroom Apartment & Attached & Detached Garages are not included: The owner’s items and office are located in a separate area on the lower level of the Property, and the attached & detached garages are entirely separate from the main entrance – no shared space inside the home. These areas are not included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s Suite and Garages during the Rental Period. Guests exclusively use the three-bedroom guest suite on the 1st and 2nd floors of the home.
The manager is available for assistance 24/7. The manager prefers text messages.

These areas are not included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access & use the lower-level Suite and Garages during the Rental Period. Guests exclusively use the home's upper 1st and 2nd floors and upper deck. • Before check-in, guests will receive a Rental License Agreement (four pages) via DocuSign for electronic signature along with a copy of their driver’s license.
• The Owner's Suite and garage are exclusively locked and accessible to owners only; guests have exclusive access to the upper two floors via separate entrances.
• The booking guest, who must be at least 25 years old, is the Responsible Party and must be present throughout the reservation.
• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.
• Additional terms and conditions are provided via the Rental License Agreement (four pages) including for instant bookings.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the VRBO. The deer visited and the turkeys were interesting. We lacked nothing inside the VRBO. Home away from home feel. Highly recommend.
The house was as advertised, VERY clean, plenty of room, and comfy beds! No issues at all. Communication with Owners was easy with FAST replies! (Note: A heating/plumbing service showed up for an unannounced appointment and Owners apologized—but they used a LOUD reciprocal saw while I was on a Zoom meeting at the kitchen work station for a few minutes so THAT was inconvenient)
What to be aware of: The yard is “private”, but shared space with apartment suite below. So, not private if guests occupy that space. Also, privacy was impinged upon when Guests were delivering items below. Voices can be heard clearly through the registers between living spaces. Those guests didn’t stay, they were just dropping items off, but if that suite is occupied NOT by your friends or family members, “privacy” and peace would be compromised.
The only other thing is the Rules posted on the fridge and the rules I signed were different- so wasn’t sure which ones to follow. (Example: The one on the fridge says clean all dishes and put away, the other says to start the dishwasher before you leave) so clarification for symmetry and expectations would be more helpful.
