The owners are very responsive and helpful. The place was comfortable and well laid out. The location is perfect. Walk to the Track, the seafood market and even grocery store. Well stocked with all kitchen tools needed. The beach service is a nice bonus.

Silver Beach Towers was perfect! Beautiful, right on the beach. Located in the heart of Destin, close to all the restaurants and activities. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. Host Michael was available to answer questions through the whole process. Hope to stay there again.

Great Beach Get Away

Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful resort. Our unit was nicely decorated. The four bedrooms were roomy and the entertainment area was big enough for 10 people. The deck views were awesome for seeing the sunrise over the gulf each morning. Our host answered all our inquiries. There were no problems our entire stay. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing week in Destin, staying at Silver Beach Towers!! We had 3 families in E1501 and it was perfect. The space, the views, the stocked kitchen. We were right at home. We plan to be back to this very condo year after year. Mike was extremely responsive and informative. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!!

Check-in was simple. Online communications were adequate. Condo was clean. Enough rooms for 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 infant. Liked the bunk beds. Cover were a little dated and worn. Stop light for exit onto 98 was a plus. Adequate parking for 2 extra cars. Beach service (reservation & access each day) was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location. Would stay there again.

The condo and the building itself are nice but could definitely use some updating. The furniture doesn’t really match and lighting needs updated. As far as the kitchen, it has everything that you would need. It all just seems thrown together from a thrift store. Nothing bad but not very luxurious at all. The bathrooms are fine, but they can also use updating as far as the showerheads. Towels seem to be brand new so they were in good shape and also the bedding was nice. I guess our biggest complaint was the fact that you cannot use your own umbrellas or tents on the beach. You have to rent umbrellas and chairs from the condo which was 65 per day for one umbrella and two chairs which is very ridiculous. we had an infant with us and they could not be outside because we could not put our tent up and we were not about to rent an umbrella and two chairs for 65 each day. The pool area was very nice plenty of tables, umbrellas, and chairs never had a problem finding one if you don’t mind being around a bunch of people this is a great place for you to stay. The ocean did not disappoint warm and clear! Soft white sand is so wonderful!

Wonderful!

I was a little apprehensive about renting this due to the minimal information posted in the description. However, the pictures were beautiful, reviews of the building were great and I decided to take a chance. Everything was AMAZING! There were even more amenities in the condo than I had even hoped for (many we didn’t even use). Some unexpected items were a pack n play, games, sand toys, beach towels and roku TVs. There were ample bath towels and a very well stocked kitchen. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The layout of the condo and bed arrangements were perfect for our needs and obviously the view was spectacular. The building was very well kept and in a nice location. The elevators were fast, the key fobs were very efficient, the hot tub was hot, and the pool was extremely warm (one of them which was plenty). There is no drinking in the pool which was inconvenient, but the staff was really friendly when enforcing it. The included beach service was very nice (make sure you get your code early so that you can make advance reservations at MIDNIGHT on the first day allowed to get the best spot). We had terrible weather so we could only get in the ocean one day but it was beautiful. The only snafu we had was that the front desk claimed they had no room to store our luggage on our check out day. This was terribly inconvenient as we had a very late flight and no rental car and check out is at 11. Just something to know ahead of time and hopefully you will be better prepared than we were!

Huge mix up, terrible inconvenience.

Received a phone call an hour before check in from Michael Culp, the host, stating there was a mix up and someone else booked this property—even though we have a confirmation. We were moved to a 3 bedroom condo, my husband and I slept in bunk beds and then we all had to move out a few days later on Labor Day and find another place to stay. My family traveled from Pa and Az, we drove up from Naples and are a Premier Host with VRBO. We would never treat guests this way.
