About this property

5-Bedroom Villa with Jacuzzi Pool, 8 Minutes from Downtown Montpellier

For anyone who loves wide-open spaces or simply wants to relax in a pleasant setting. The house is surrounded by nature and located near the city of Montpellier. It has no neighbors directly across the way, so you can enjoy the pool, the spa, and the large barbecue in complete peace and quiet. The house is spacious and can easily accommodate children :)
5 bedrooms, including 1 studio.
3 king-size beds (180).
Open-concept kitchen and living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the patio and pool.
Large garden with a beautiful swing and a very ugly trampoline.
Everything you need to relax
Our house is located in the north of Montpellier, ideally situated between city centre and Pic Saint-Loup, at the foot of the Cévennes. It's perfect for exploring the city or taking beautiful walks through the garrigue. It's in the heart of Languedoc, a region full of historic sites, caves (like the Grotte des Demoiselles), cirques (like the Cirque de Navacelles), historic villages (like Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert), the sea, and the mountains… and all of this is just a 30-minute drive away.
