Newly updated and furnished condo in quiet gated community across the street from the beach. Cross the crosswalk and feet are in the sand, that's it! The condo faces the ocean with constant sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or quiet evenings on the screened-in patio that overlooks the pool and gardens. The community offers a heated pool, clubhouse, shuffle board and more. Great location in between Pompano Beach and Lauderdale-by-the Sea. Less than ten minutes to Sea Watch restaurant and approximately 1 mile walking distance to restaurants, night life, and shopping.

Top Notch

We loved the condo unit. Updated with all new paint, flooring, furnishings, appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and very bright and airy. New pillow top mattress was a little too soft for me with some back issues but I camped out on the new comfy couch. Private screened in porch a big plus for morning coffee and dinners cooked on one of the clean Weber grills located in the pool area close by. Secure immaculate grounds, large heated pool with shade area and clubhouse. I met other residents/guests playing Tuesday night Bingo and Won! Beach path access right across the street with a crosswalk light and a foot washing station on the sidewalk. Close by (walking) to many great restaurants and stores. Internet access was superb for working but we were unfamiliar with the Smart TV streaming services, had some difficulty accessing and would prefer regular Cable TV. Plus the weather was perfect. A wonderful relaxing vacation spot in LBTS !

Excellent apartment

Very clean, nice and updated decoration. Fully equipped. Great pool and club house. Excellent location. The owners were very kind with me because my flight was canceled and I had to moved my stay some days, they did it without any trouble. My son and I had a wonderful time there! Definitely I would rent it again.

Great extended stay

The unit was very clean cheerful and recently updated with beautiful furnishings. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Perfect location. Walking distance to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea as well as Atlantic Ave in Pompano Beach.

Winter get away

The property was fantastic. Location was perfectly located between Pompano Beach Pier and Lauderdale by the Sea Pier. Everything you need is in the Condo. Other guests in the complex are very friendly.
