About this property

This updated, original Cocoa Beach House is literally steps from our beach! Our 3-bed , 2-bath -(Sleeps 8) -1800 Sq ft property comes with all of the amenities of home. This house also offers a touch of luxury with all new-high end furniture, decor, TV's and more. The screened patio area is decorated with captains chairs, a sectional couch, loungers and dining table. The BBQ is located off patio. Our large yard also has a deck with a sitting area & fire pit- these pics are coming soon. Home includes Beach gear, Cruiser bikes and more. Even better, the property is a short walk from almost everything!

Our Sunken Treasure Beach house Is a bit quirky but is oh so cute and has a fun personality! One for the original Beach homes built, this home had some additions throughout the years. We have just updated the home, inside and out. New furniture, paint, linens, bedding, decor, Wifi and more. Depending on where you are standing in the house, you may find yourself slightly leaning to the beach for a day in the sun or slightly leaning to the kitchen to grab an adult beverage and relax on the back screened patio. Location is ideal, 1/2 mile to the Sand bar, Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's the Sandbar, grocery store, Walgreens, shopping, dining and more!
Easy trips make a fun day at the Space Center, Disney world and Universal studios. House is a 45 min drive from Orlando airport and 2 miles from Port Canaveral. Pet Friendly, please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee- per pet.

Cocoa Beach House

We had a great extended birthday weekend at the Cocoa Beach House. Stocked with beach amenities so we didn't have to rent anything. Many other extras that we did not use during our short stay. When we come back to Cocoa Beach we will be renting this property again.

Cocoa beach treasure!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach treasure! Spacious living/dining area. Kitchen needs updates but had everything we needed to cook some nights. The master bedroom suite is huge! But the thing we loved most was the outdoor space. Huge screened in porch and outside fire pit with nice seating. Our pup loved it too! Nice neighborhood to walk in and just one block from the beach. Sondra was very receptive when there was any issue. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and everything you need for a week at the beach. Kitchen fully stocked with all equipment needed like air fryer, dishes, grill, etc. only few min walk to the beach.
