My Place Inn, Your Home Away From Home! - Lower Suite

Our cottage offers over 2000 sq. ft. of private space overlooking the 16th fairway/green of a Jack Nicklaus course in a gated community. You’ll will have a choice of the upper level, lower level, or whole home that faces the golf course and is actually your front yard. The photos are labeled upper and lower. We offer whole home rentals which include both levels (pricing below) as well as single level rentals. Single level rentals come with their own private entrance with the choice of upper level or lower level (pricing below).

This main unit has 1 oversized master bedroom suite, queen bed, and private bath. There are two other bedrooms, one queen suite with an adjoining room with twin beds. There is a large common/recreation area that includes a fully furnished kitchen: i.e. stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, TV, coffee pot, cookware, and utensils; as well as a full-size billiard table. The large common area allows access to an oversized patio that faces the golf course.

Cozy and fun

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There were games for adults and kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place for a Special Occasion

We were lucky to find My Place Inn searching for somewhere great to stay for UNC at Chapel Hill graduation. We had not stayed in Governors Club previously and we were more than blown away. Gorgeous area, club and truly 1st class. It was a short drive back to UNC for all the festivities and various services such as groceries, pizza etc. were literally right outside the gate/entrance to the development. My Place Inn and our host were absolutely incredible. She is on top of all details and the communication before, during and after your visit. The home is spotlessly clean, the beds and pillows( which are always key to us) were wonderful and the set up for socializing and entertaining with our family was perfect. They have thought of every little detail from treats in the kitchen and bath toiletries. Everyone in our group loved the home and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The pool table in the main living area was a perfect touch as we had a blast winding down the day with some good tunes streaming on the TV and a few games. Wonderful view of the golf course and very peaceful and relaxing watching folks from the patio. We thank you for opening your home to us and had the best stay we could imagine!!

Family Gathering Spot

We found our accommodations to be delightful! The location near Carolina Meadows was perfect, the setting was beautiful, the house was clean as a whistle, and the host added many sweet touches that made us feel welcome. I highly recommend it!
