The Space

Welcome to The Ram`s Retreat, your centrally-located home away from home, perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and connection. Nestled in a peaceful wooded setting, our spacious home offers a cozy and comfortable vibe where you can create lasting memories.

Gather in the main living room and relax on the sectional sofa. Sliding doors open directly onto the back deck, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. With two distinct living areas and two dining spaces spread across three floors, your group of up to 12 will have plenty of room to spread out or come together.

Step outside to your private outdoor oasis. The expansive back deck is the heart of the home, featuring a bubbling hot tub perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Fire up the grill for an evening barbecue and enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining set.

Our multi-level home includes:

Main Floor: A modern, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a drip coffee maker, and a dining room. You`ll also find a living room, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom.

Second Floor: Two bright bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, share a full bathroom.

Lower Floor: A perfect retreat with its own kitchenette, breakfast nook, and living room with a futon. This level includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and an additional common space with a futon.

Guest Access

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and the lower-level kitchenette. Enjoy the expansive back deck, private hot tub, and grill.

Your stay includes free parking for multiple vehicles, with abundant space in the driveway.

Arrival is seamless with keyless entry; you will receive an access code on the morning of your check-in for a private, self-guided arrival.


Interaction With Guests

While we are not on-site, we are dedicated to providing a 5-star experience and are readily available to answer any questions or address any needs via the messaging app or by phone throughout your stay.


Other Details to Note

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the entry points of the home. These cameras monitor the exterior only and do not have any views of interior spaces or private outdoor areas like the hot tub, ensuring your complete privacy.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am unless prior plans have been made with the host.

Parking: Driveway parking is available, and street parking is prohibited.

No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the home and on the premises.

Quiet Hours: As a courtesy to our neighbors, 9:00 pm - 9:00 am are quiet hours. Please keep noise minimal at all times.

No events or parties: Parties, gathering, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.

No extra guests: Guests should not have unregistered guests or visitors.

Trash: Guests should leave trash sorted in the garage trashcans.
