This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home provides an exclusive retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ideally located minutes from the 7 mile bridge, area restaurants, the Turtle Hospital, and Crane Point Hammock.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.

- Parking: STRICT 1 car + 1 22ft trailer or 2 cars + no trailer
- Any trailer larger than 22ft needs to be store offsite. Trailer parking can be found at Safe Harbor Marina
- Deep Water Dock - 37 ft (*strict 1 boat max.)

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great location! Host was very responsive with answers! House was clean and comfortable. We were out most of the time so really only there to sleep. I would recommend it. Walking distance to breakfast, coffee, dinner, turtle hospital, etc.

Very Nice Canal Home

The property worked perfectly for us. The residential canal dock provided easy access to Boot Key Harbor and out to other water. Victoria the property representative was very professional and nice to deal with. Check in and check out was easy.

Great location!

Pros: This house was in a great location close to the turtle hospital, Sombrero Beach, bahia Honda, etc. Groceries were also very close.Plus, only an hour from key west for day trips. It was great having plenty of space to spread out and 2 clean bathrooms. Cons: Kitchen items were barely serviceable with dull knives and few pans. We were able to make breakfast but struggled to cut fresh fruit. No smart tvs. We weren't there to watch TV, but would have been great to stream kids shows to help with nap time, given the basic cable didn't include any kids channels. Worst of all, all mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. Could feel the springs in my back for a week. Pillows were totally flat and stained without covers. We ended up purchasing our own and shipping home. Also, limited beach supplies like chairs, towels, and no umbrella. We bought an umbrella and left it there, but ended up buying our own beach chairs and towels that we shipped home. Thanks UPS store! Decent stay, but would pay more for a property with nicer amenities in the future.

Great for family

It was just the right location and size for our needs. It would have been a little nicer if more cleaning supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, and laundry detergent were available. But overall we loved our experience. The house was comfortable and we saw manatees in the canal!

Nice, clean and furnished like home

Nice and clean, well furnished, close to grocery and places to eat. Sombrero beach is right up the street and very nice. Canal is nice, wish we would have had some fishing gear. Very nice place, I would stay here again.

Great stay!

The check in process was super easy! The home had everything we needed. There were toys for the kids which was awesome!! We saw a manatee in the back canal which was super exciting for the kiddos. The 2 additional rooms have trundle beds under the bunk beds for additional sleeping arrangements. This home really used the most of its space.
