Carriage house was perfect for my wife and I. Kitchen had all items necessary. Location to beach access was close and could easily be reached via foot or bike. Very relaxing weekend. We will stay here again.

Nice property and looked just like the pictures. It is in a great location, super close to the beach. Loved the bikes they provide! You have to go outside, down the stairs and into the garage which was a little annoying but it was still nice to have laundry :) excellent communication from the property management team 10/10

Perfect Location

One of the best locations in 30A - You are footsteps away from the beach, pool, walking trails, and dining. We had a great visit to 30A for Fall Break. We did the beach chair rental and found the service to be very convenient for relaxing days at the beach.

We loved the screened in porch! Our kids enjoyed staying up in the loft and having their own space. Great location with a short walk to the beach and a little park for kids in a quiet area. We already knew where this one was located because we had stayed previously at another carriage house nearby and location was main reason for booking. Best host we have had in our experience. Customer service was great. They are respond very quickly should you need anything. Would recommend.
