**PLEASE NOTE, THERE WILL BE A ROOFING AND SOLAR INSTALLATION PROJECT AT THIS COMPLEX FROM NOVEMBER 15 - DECEMBER 29, 2023. You may experience intermittent noise between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*As of October 2023 - Laundry Facilities at the complex are currently closed for renovations. This will likely be until January 2024* Please ask us where nearby Laundromat options are located.

Enjoy a comfortable night sleep in your KING bed and the additional guests can enjoy a full size sleeper sofa.

Prepare your favorite island meals in your well supplied kitchen equipped with all your cooking needs.

Sip on your locally grown, fresh cup of java and take in the view from your breakfast nook or private lanai.

The luxe complex has so much to offer, lush landscaping, BBQ grills, pool/hot tub area, tennis courts and ample parking.
Located just steps from some of South Maui's top swimming / snorkel beaches, restaurants, shops, yoga, health food store, beach gear rental, nightlife and much more.

There are coin-operated laundry facilities on property for your convenience. Quarters are needed for wash $1.50 and dry $1.75.

The property comes equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access, a lovely beachy decor bathroom. The unit is located just steps away from the pool and hot tub and even a tennis court! With its proximity to all South Kihei amenities and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Kihei Town, it provides a perfect combination to decide for a lazy/cozy or active day. We are seconds away from gorgeous Kihei beaches, and minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants.

Pala Hinu Cleaning Services (our cleaning contractor) is dedicated to ensuring that your rental is safe and sanitary. We have evaluated our cleaning practices with the onset of COVID-19 to make sure that we are using the proper chemicals and techniques. Rest assured, we have implemented new procedures that include frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas, linen sanitization, and we have given our staff robust training to ensure that our standards are one of the highest in the industry. We have also received certifications for Cleaning for COVID-19 by the Care Academy and the VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals).

The location was good and the place was clean. We enjoyed the bbq and pool area. We recommend watching the sun set across the street in the park. Our only complaint would be the construction out front. It was very loud and made it impossible to enjoy the pool area during the day. Once the construction is complete I would highly recommend the rental.

Location of this condo is great! Close to the beach & stores. It was well equipped, & included beach chairs, some snorkel equipment, ( it would be nice to have another mask & snorkel, or updated equipment). The bed was comfortable too!

Awesome location

This was my favorite VRBO on Hawaii islands so far. The location was great. Short walk or drive to beach. Only 20 minutes to airport. Every amenity that you would need is provided for you!
