This stunning 18th floor unit is stocked with 4 flat panel TV's. Including a 60 inch HD LED in the family room. Check out our dramatic discounts and Winter Specials. The photos only give you only a hint of what you can expect. The owners are furniture professionals and have used only the finest furnishings. Upon entering this 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with soft, supple leather and a 50 inch flatscreen. It has floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker, full dining, and granite counters complement the living area. The patio features a table, 4 chairs and lounge, overlooking the lazy river pool and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo's master bedroom has stunning views of the Gulf and Bay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, one bedroom has a queen and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds. In addition there is a comfortable queen-size bed in the leather sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have flat panel TV's.

From the time you arrive and set foot in the grand lobby of the Phoenix West you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. You will have easy move in/move out accessibility to the 18th floor unit and the spectacular views from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room will thrill you day after day.

Lounge in the sand, take long walks along the peaceful shore or jog. Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room, complete with a sauna. Beautiful condo

My daughter, grandson, and I spent Mother's Day weekend there and loved it. Beds we're comfy, furniture was tasteful, beautiful views, lazy River, right on the beach. Will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Condo & Gorgeous View!!!

The condo is incredible. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was more than enough room to be together and to find alone space. The family room is comfortable with room for everyone. I will recommend to all my friends.

Beautifully decorated condo directly on the beach

Unit #1805 is a beautiful condo directly on the beach. This unit has it all with 4 full bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms decorated to perfection. The balcony has seating for all to enjoy a meal while viewing the gulf and listening to the sound of the waves. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West. There is an assortment of amenities sure to please all from the beautiful white sandy beaches to the lazy river and indoor pool facilities, work out area,and tennis courts. Phoenix West is situated in an area that covers all your dining and shopping needs for a most enjoyable vacation at the Gulf.

Five Generations of Fun!

Your place was great! Lots of room and awesome views! I had five generations with me for this vacation ... my grandmother (95 yrs old), mother, me, some of my kids, and my grandkids. We ALL enjoyed the stay. The children loved the lazy river and the slide. Everything was nicely decorated. The weather was good and the beach water was pretty. I just wish the property owners (no fault of yours) had chosen a better time of the year to do all their construction outside because it was covering some things up. We would definitely stay here again if we got the opportunity. Thanks for allowing us to stay here!!

Annual Thanksgiving Trip

We go to Orange Beach each year at Thanksgiving and have stayed in a variety of units at Phoenix West. While we love the Phoenix West location, this unit was in the poorest shape that we have used. It had a couple of chairs that were broken. The unit was dirty. Very dirty. We went and bought cleaning supplies, it was that nasty. Kitchen was lacking in utensils and basic cooking supplies (measuring cups). The tubs in the bathrooms did not drain. The shower curtains and the stand up showers had mildew build up. Screen door to balcony was busted, but that could have been storm damage. Owners should invest in a deep deep cleaning, new shower curtains, snake the bathroom drains, apply fresh coat of paint on walls and ceiling. For the price of the unit, investing this 5-10K would make a huge difference.

Great Place With Great View

There were 4 adults and 5 kids in our group. There was plenty of room, bathrooms, and dining seating. The view of the beach and lazy river was awesome. We were close to dining, stores and other activities. Definitely recommend Phoenix West 1805.

Beach Paradise

Condo was perfect! Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Access to beach 24/7 was a blast and cool down in the pool and lazy river was amazing and so convenient. My family plans to visit this condo every year!

Million Dollar View

The view alone is worth every penny, absolutely beautiful! The condo was absolutely beautiful as well. Exactly as the owner described. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort is just as amazing! We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs since it was winter time. The owner provided all the information we needed and made our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Orange Beach - July 2019

Property was well located. Unit had excellent views. Check-in was smooth. First impressions are very important, the cleaning crew could do a better job & that would help with that. We had two issues during the week (key cards & ice maker), but the owner was very helpful in resolving both in a very timely manner. Owner also worked with us in getting key cards a little earlier, as we were on another trip prior to coming to Orange Beach. Probably could use a little user friendly instructions for the TV's. Overall a good property & we wouldn't hesitate using it again.

Great property, very clean

The stay was great, I really enjoyed it. The owner was very attentive to any issues we had. The only issue I had was the dishwasher wasn’t very helpful and the ice maker was broke. BUT that didn’t ruin anything. The views were great, the lazy river, indoor pool, slide, and zero entry pool were awesome. Also the walk to the beach was a lot shorter then normal condo walks. Loved it

Fantastic!

This condo on the 18th floor was very spacious, each bedroom had a bathroom, so it was great that no one had to share. The 180° views of the golf from the balcony were incredible, and there was a large table out there with six chairs, and also a lounge chair. Lots of room, and we spent a ton of time out there! The location was excellent, close to restaurants — Fin and Fork was just across the street. The lazy river was a blast. Also, there is a well developed, beautifully maintained set of trails called Hugh Branyon, so we walked several of those during our stay. A bit of advice for those who visit: you will need to bring your own beach towels, and a beach chair if you want to avoid paying the high cost of renting a beach chair from Phoenix West. The only thing that prevented me from giving his condo a five star rating was the fact there was only one trash bag available for the kitchen trashcan, and absolutely no extra toilet paper. We had one small repair issue with the lock on the front door, but the owner, David, was very quick to respond on this, and got it taken care of quickly. Communication with him was great. We would definitely return to this condo!

Clean but needs a few improvements

This is our second time fo stay in this unit. The condo was clean but needs some additional care. 1. The bedroom doors all squeak when opening and shutting. 2.The kitchen is lacking in basic supplies. The skillets are in terrible shape. There was just one nonstick pan that was in good of condition to use and it wasn’t level on the cook top. The others were nonstick and terribly scratched. There were no measuring cups so we had to buy one. The electric can opener did not work so we had to buy a small manual one. Minor inconveniences but it made the kitchen not as functional. 3. The sheets on the bed were very damp the first night. 4. Pillows were very flat. The pool was great and Views were exact. It was also very quiet in the unit which was nice. The owner also replied very quickly to a problem with the dryer and solved the problem.

Great condo, very clean

Owner was great to work with, friendly and responsive. Unit was perfect - spacious, clean and relaxing. Plenty of seating for large groups to eat. Two queen beds in one bedroom was an added plus. Code lock on door to unit helped tremendously not having to keep up with keys. Parking was only downfall of Phoenix West. Definitely recommend this condo.

We love Orange Beach it’s a great place to vacation lots to do or just enjoy the beautiful beaches.

The property had awesome amenities. Workout room was nice and the indoor pool was great. The actual unit could have been cleaner. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned food off the side of the refrigerator inside that was smeared. Some lights were burned out and the dining room chairs we’re scary. A couple might fall apart if the wrong person sits in them. The pots and pans were pretty sad but, everything else was very nice. It’s a beautifully decorated unit just needs a little attention.
