Our jaws dropped when we walked in. The view, the house, the area--everything we had expected and a lot more. The house is impeccable. The setting is beautiful. Since we were visiting the Finger Lakes, I wanted to be on the water and this did not disappoint. Every room had a great view of the water and/or the surrounding area. Natasha was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Everything we needed was in the house. Please book and enjoy the Village of Skaneatles and surrounding areas . You will not be disappointed and in fact will want to return or stay longer!! The Finger Lakes region of upstate New York is beautiful. So much to see and do!

Just a great house to gather with friends!

This was our 4th year staying at this beautiful home and we booked for next year before we left! We had fantastic weather and spent much of our time on the beautiful porch in the rocking chairs provided looking out at the beautiful lake. At night we had great fires in the fire pit and it was just relaxing and lovely.

Quality house

We stayed for three days over Memorial Day weekend. Even though the weather wasn’t great, the house provided enough space for our family and views of the lake where we all had a great time. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in, the rooms were comfortable, and when we did have sun, the lakefront portion was nice to hang out on.

absolutely perfect weekend!

Stayed here for an extended holiday weekend and it couldn't have been better. The home itself exceeded expectations and had all modern luxuries available, even if not needed to enjoy a peaceful retreat to the lake. The host was very responsive, accommodating, and easy to coordinate with. I would highly recommend and will look to stay here on future trips to the lake.

Special spot on lake

We loved our stay. Open floor plan was ideal for family. Long counter space for food and drinks was really nice. Super close to crystal clear lake. Rented a pontoon boat and toured most of the lake. Nights were s’mores and a nice fire in the fire pit.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would have! I met my five sisters here and we spent three days in this idyllic setting. The house was spotless, well equipped, and so comfortable and welcoming. We all decided we would come back in a heartbeat. Natasha outdid herself with thinking of every amenity we could possibly need! It was a wonderful experience.
