Everything was perfect for our stay. We really appreciated the beds being made up as we had traveled 9 hours to get there. The host responded quickly to any questions that we had.
Amazing place to stay! We were able to see the ponies from the back door, the seating on the deck was great, and the place was overall a perfect stay. Thank you so much!
Even though it rained we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chincoteague. The condo is was what we expected and more. Kitchen had been updated and very nice. Only suggestion is provide a kuerig coffee maker. Nice views of the bay and the ponies in the distance. Great location also.
Hostess was very accommodating and fast to respond. Great place. Dock was in great shape. Beautiful views of lighthouse, marsh, ponies. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset.
There was an issue with the keypad when I first arrived, but once that was settled, we had an amazing time. I highly recommend the gift shops! They have so many cute things to but as gifts and to take home.

Thank you for your review, Amber. The wif and keypad are not cooperating with one another. This will be fixed for a future visit! :-)
Perfect, as described, clean and best-equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental unit. Owner was extremely easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for your recommendation, Laurie. My husband loves to cook, so a well stocked kitchen is a must! :-)
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Personally we loved the location since we could see the wild ponies from a distance. We also saw dolphins swimming by.
Living room/kitchen well equipped, very comfortable furniture. Master bedroom very nice; second bedroom (bunks) fine for kids, not great for another adult. Large back porch great for sunrise bird watching. (The laughing gulls will crack you up.) Do be sure to bring your own dish soap, toilet paper and all toiletries including bath and hand soap.
The check-in keypad was unlike any other and we had difficulty but our host responded quickly and we were able to figure it out.The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed.

Thank you for the review, Melissa. Sorry about the keypad. I'm headed down there next weekend to get this resolved with our internet company. Technology is great until it isn't.
Place is awesome. Second time here and won’t be the last. Best view. Ps if you bring a 15x spotting scope you can see the ponies very well from here. Binoculars are ok and in the unit but a little more zoom really makes it nice.
A great place to stay! Definitely bring your own paper products and toiletries (paper towels, tp, trash bags, hand soap, tissues etc.) Close to the beach, friendly neighbors. It is a shared balcony so there isnt much privacy outside. The Pearl is 2 doors down. Overall a great place to stay.
This was the second time my mom and I stayed at Nikki and Jason’s lovely condo. It is a terrific home that we will come back to whenever we can. It is very clean, well supplied, and has wonderful views. Thank you so much for sharing your relaxing and peaceful space on the water with us!
Clean. Well provisioned kitchen. Bring binoculars as you can look straight across channel to see some of the horses and view birds from the balcony.

Thank you for the review, Michael. We have binoculars in the phone cabinet. I hope you spotted them in time to take in the views. Plenty to view from our balcony for sure! Very relaxing. Come again!
Worst weather, awesome place! Between the rain and fog we could absolutely see the ponies and the lighthouse which were both neat. A great group of fisherman were our neighbors and we got to share stories about everything, which was so nice, definitely not your standard boxed-off condo. Very relaxing and quiet, exactly what we were looking for!

Travis, I'm sorry I couldn't control the weather for you! :-) Once I figure that out I will need to jack up our prices, though. :-) I love how friendly all of the guests are that rent from Sea Tag--geniualy, nice folks.
Very nice older condo - a great place to stay at the beach. It was located directly on the water, across from Assateague Island. Wonderful deck to sit and drink morning coffee and watch the boats go by. The condo had a nice pair of binoculars that were a really nice feature. Had a little issue with the door lock not working when we checked in, but the owner responded quickly and had a back up plan, so it was only a hiccup.
