We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day. The kids especially loved the kayak, the paddle boards available and playing Jenga in the sunroom. The house was nicely appointed and sits in a quiet open area of the lake perfect for swimming and tubing. We would definitely come back!

Amazing location for a long weekend

Our family spent the long holiday weekend at Sunnyside Shores. The view is amazing, the house is spacious, beautiful and comfortable and the yard is beautiful and impeccably landscaped. We had a great time on the boat, fishing at the Hiawassee River, paddle boarding, fishing on the dock and relaxing in the hot tub! We definitely hope to visit again soon.

The views of this home are amazing and we loved the location. The outdoor space allowed everyone to enjoy the scenery. Inside there was plenty of space for our group. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will stay again!

Beautiful property with an amazing view!

We had a great time at this property while in town for a family gathering. The home was comfortable, clean and inviting with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Wonderful location! We loved the dock, paddle boards, hottub and fire pit. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had a wonderful trip and we will be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Sunnyside Shores with my husband and adult children and 3 grandbabies. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful spot on the lake. Comfortable beds! A little tricky finding the house once you turn into the neighborhood but we managed. Had a great time!

Wonderful Mountain House!!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 for a mountain getaway. It’s a great location for day trips and so much to do nearby. We loved exploring the waterfalls and wineries. The house was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the lake and mountains

Wonderful week at the lake!

From checking in to checking out we enjoyed the property, the location, and the spacious rooms and living areas. Family of 6, children ages 6-11 loved the lake, jumping off the boat dock and playing games.
