We arrived at check- in and were very pleased to find a very clean, nicely furnished condo and well stocked kitchen !! We enjoyed our stay, lovely walks all around the property and glass of wine on the deck! Access was smooth as was booking ! The host was very responsive. I would recommend this VRBO to others.

Hosts were super easy to work with and did a great job communicating everything we needed for check-in/check-out and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We love the location of this unit especially if you are planning to visit Busch Gardens. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch watching golfers while drinking our coffee in the morning

It would have been nice to have some guest passes in order to use some of the amenities like the fitness center, indoor pool and kayak rental since the outdoor pool was closed for the season.

We loved staying in Kingsmill during a VSGA golf event. The condo was perfect- two beds and baths, very clean and comfortable. Check- in and out were so smooth and we were close to the clubhouse. What more could we ask for! Thank you so much!!

Our stay at the condo was excellent. The condo is very spacious and has everything you would need. Nice touches with bathrobes. Great back relaxing view of the golf course. We loved it. The host was an excellent communicator.

Great communication from the owners, and the location is fantastic. The area was quiet - just a little noise from adjacent renters. The proximity to the coffee shop was a great bonus and we used that almost every morning of our stay. The only issue with the room was communicated to us ahead of time by the owners and didn't turn out to be a problem. We really enjoyed our time in Kings Mill and would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Williamsburg area.

This was a great location for enjoying our trip to Colonial Williamsburg. Our rental was clean and comfortable with a great view of the 9th green. The walk down to the James River was delightful!Our hosts were always responsive if we needed to contact them.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It's perfectly located for exploring the area. The kitchen is well equipped, the unit was very clean, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the golfers go by. We brought our dog and there are a lot of walking trails which is perfect. We would stay here again when visiting the area.

It was our first time staying at this Kingsmill Resort property and it was a great location for our Colonial Williamsburg trip. We enjoyed walking around the Kingsmill Resort on the many paths. Also, the unit was well stocked with all of the necessary amenities, clean, lots of room and. Later this year, we will be back in the area and plan on renting here again.

Our stay was very nice, hosts were great and gave us a list of restaurants to try along with food shopping stores. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and since we're in our 70's the walk in shower in one bedroom was a plus. We especially appreciated that we could take our furry best friend ( Oscar) our 11 year old doodle with us. We'll definitely plan a trip back to Kingsmill condo but next trip a little later in season when it's a bit warmer.
