What a wonderful space with a gorgeous gulf view! We've stayed in several Tidewater rentals through the years, but this was our first time visiting in June. While it was busier than we've previously encountered, we had a great time, despite the wait for an elevator. The pools were a big draw for our group, but the beautiful beach and the ocean waves were where we spent most of our time. The room was as described and all queries about details were promptly answered. We'll definitely be back!

Thank you for the wonderful review. We're glad you enjoyed the gorgeous gulf view, the pools, and time on the beach and in the waves. It’s great to hear the room met your expectations and our team was responsive to your questions. We appreciate your note about elevator waits; Tidewater has added new elevators and is continuing upgrades to improve performance and reliability, though waits may still occur during busy periods. Thanks again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Tidewater Beach Resort 1115.

The condo was in need of a lot of repairs ! Air didn’t work above 78 and they didn’t get it fixed until 2 days before we left. Water damage in bathroom and looked like black mold on ceiling in kitchen and living room.

Absolutely Perfect!

It was exactly as advertised. The view was perfect. The condo fit our family of 6 great for our short little beach trip. Elevator was a pain, but I heard they’re replacing them. I would recommend!

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Where do I start..... The elevator situation at this place is terrible. The biggest issue with this condo was the air condition. 72 degrees was the coolest temperature it would get to. We had to get the box fans out of the closets just to try and cool off to sleep at night. We even called the phone number to let them know and they said they wouldn't get to us until the next day. The faucet in the kitchen was broken and water was leaking out. Every time we left, we would have a puddle on the floor in the kitchen we had to clean up. The bed in the master made a loud noise every time you move which was really annoying. We will not be back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that several maintenance concerns impacted your stay, as guest comfort is very important to Panhandle Getaways. Your comments regarding the A/C, kitchen faucet, and primary bedroom bed have been shared with our maintenance and operations teams for review and follow-up. We understand how frustrating it can be when these items affect the comfort and convenience of a vacation, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Tidewater has added new elevators and is continuing upgrades to improve performance and reliability, although waits may still occur during busy periods. We understand it can be challenging. Elevator operations are managed by the resort/HOA, but we know they still affect the overall guest experience. Thank you for staying with Panhandle Getaways. We value your feedback and will use it to help improve property care, communication, and the guest experience moving forward.

Not the best

Have stayed in lots of condos in area and would have to rate this one of the worst. Bathrooms dated and stained. The kitchen was the worst with the refrig blocking the counter top and half of the cabinets. But worst of all were the elevators, very long wait times and then they were full. Everyone was complaining about

Needs updating

The toilets need to be replaced. Both toilet seats have large worn out spots. Master bath toilet did not flush good. And, guest toilet was wobbly (not secure to floor). The master bed frame squeaked for any movement. Was not able to good night's sleep. You need a lot of patience waiting for the elevator every time you use it. The wait is horrible. You have to ride up to go down because they're slow and always packed.
