Experience the "Bluffton State of Mind" in this beautiful & newly renovated Cottage in the heart of Old Town Bluffton shopping & dining district. The master bedroom and all bedrooms are on the main floor and no steps needed to get into the house or bedrooms from the front entrance. Our Cottage is truly located in the heart of Old Town, directly accross the street from the historic Heyward house, and with all the shopping, restaurant, parks, live music, and Mayriver within a block or 2 from the front door, our home is literally steps away from it all. The beautiful new Wright Family Park which is right on the water with shore access during low tide & fishing is just a 4 minute walk away. You can also enjoy beach access at any of the public Hilton Head beaches just a short drive to Hilton Head We are also happy to include with every booking the use of our brand new 4 seater Golf Cart with all bookings! Our home is a hidden gem in Bluffton & we are so happy and blessed to be able to share it with you!

We stayed in this house for a month in February and it could not be more comfortable. It had everything we needed the day we arrived. The host provided coffee and snacks, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, bowls, plates and glasses. And the yard was wonderful for the dogs.The location in Old Town Bluffton is perfect. The farmer's market is right across the street on Thursdays. Plus, there is a lovely park, and the May River very close. We did not use the golf cart provided by the host, but we were able to walk to our favorite restaurants, and shopping in Old Town.The host, Jonathon, was wonderful. He contacted us the day of check in to be sure we had all the info we needed. SC was experiencing a cold spell when we arrived, and I checked to see if the heat would be on. Jonathon responded immediately and had already taken care of it. The entire stay was stress free and comfortable from booking and arrival to checking out. I would definitely stay here again, and tried to book it for next year, but someone already beat me to it!

This was the ideal home in a beautiful location. We were 4 adults and we all thought the house was charming and very comfortable. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs and we also enjoyed the grill and the golf cart. We loved exploring this historic area via walking or golf cart and the easy access to so many great restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Bluffton! The location was convenient and easy to get to. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The space was clean and comfortable. Our 1 year old loved how close we were to the parks. Would definitely recommend!

Blufton is a great town

Sweet Location

This house is in a great location. It has age on it, but it is charming. The market that occurs on Thursdays takes place right across the street, so it was nice to step out the front door and across the street for the market. My 80-year-old aunt left a quilt she used on her bed. The owners of the VRBO were so kind to send it to us. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect house in great location!

Family of 7, plus our dog, stayed in this house. Perfect location directly across the street from the farmers market. Short golf cart ride to Calhoun Street’s restaurants and shops added to its charm! Also a short distance to the public dock where you can see the most beautiful sunset!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. House is cute and clean, kitchen was stacked and had everything we could possibly need. Loved riding a golf cart that came with the house. Communication with the property owner was a breeze. Highly recommend if you plan on staying in Bluffton and looking for a small and cute house for your needs.
