This is a great house if you want a beautiful view, quiet, comfortable beds, and room to spread out. We’ve stayed in a lot of places all over the world, and it was probably the best. Well appointed, clean, and private. We used the pool and the hot tub and the pool table, and the enormous TV in the basement. The main floor deck is a great way to start and end the day.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation! It's amenities met the needs of all three generations present. The home is spacious with lots of windows for great views of the lake and sunset. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, corn hole boards, decks and multiple TVs inside and out. Mike responsed quickly to our questions/concerns. I highly recommend this place!

The location of this property is amazing. We were 3 generations and had a blast! This house is bright, airy, and space is very well distributed. We rented a pontoon boat and hubby was able to come pick us up at the dock.

Everything was great! The house was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Lake access was so nice. We got a boat for three days and all agreed we wish we had only done two days so we had more time at the house. Already eyeing up next year!

Great spot. Exactly as advertised. Amazing lake view and dock. Heated pool and hot tub were amazing. Great house for a group trip, lots of room for people to spread out and not feel crowded. Would absolutely rent again.

Magnolia Cove was an ideal vacation home for our extended family. The kitchen was well equipped and the second full sized refrigerator on the lower level was a necessity with large groups. We enjoyed the many different areas of the house. Main floor porch for early morning wildlife watching. The outside table was used by crafters. The lower level had a wonderful pool and hot tub. Inside, a pool table and a puzzle/game table. The house was conveniently located about a 10 minute drive to grocery and Marina.

Great getaway rain or shine. Our family vacation was turned into a memorable experience due to the property's amenities and location. Weather did not cooperate and lake water was low, however the pool and hot tub, numerous TV sets, pool table and games made sure everyone was entertained. The large number of bedrooms with real beds ensured everyone had a cozy spot to relax and renew. The kitchen was well appointed and knives actually were sharp to be effective at cutting food. It was a home away from home and we hope to return when weather and lake water are at better levels.

Every year I got a little reunion for my kids and grandkids. This is our 5th year at SML and with an expanding family we needed a little bigger home. This home totally fit the bill. It was as beautiful as the photo’s showed. The kitchen was the best stocked that I have ever seen and everything was in good condition. The multiple large screen TV’s came in handy during the World Cup FIFA games as the weather was great. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the large dining area was great to encourage a meal together. The pool was a great addition as the drought had caused the lake levels to be down but the boat was still accessible for all, even us old folks. Mike, our host, was easy to contact and usually responded within the hour. Didn’t use the hot tub much as it was a very hot week but it looked clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend this home for your large group.

Great house for a group.

We had four couples and 7 kids under 5 years old and there was plenty of room for all. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The outside deck and patio areas were very nice and the pool was super clean when we arrived. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
