They cancelled on me after I booked it and had made the payment ! Almost 10 days later and it made funding a new place difficult with such late notice.

Very convenient to bus lines and downtown. Kitchen is well-appointed and the whole space is comfortable and fairly quiet (the neighbors did sometimes play music very loudly, but they seemed to honor quiet hours).

They mean it when they say no parties. Can hear TV at normal volume from the floor above, these lofts transmit sound easily, so I could see how quiet hours are important to observe. Bed was cozy, the loft is stylish, and the friendly refreshments were a nice touch. Close to cool things in downtown.

Absolutely awesome stay! The apartment is super clean and cozy and the property owner is so thoughtful with her little extras and touches that make this apartment so fun and inviting! Great communication with the host! Highly recommend! A hidden GEM for sure! We loved our stay so much and would 100% book again!!!! And while you’re here, make sure to stop in Corktown at Cork & Gabel and Batch Brewing Company! Great proximity to these amazing restaurants and also just a quick drive or Uber into downtown!

The loft was very clean and conveniently located to several freeway options. (I was staying for business and was driving back and forth to Dearborn and the airport) as well as the fantastic and unique neighborhood of Corktown. The gated parking was also a bonus. The host provided very good instructions about the keys, parking fob and there was a great coffee station in the loft. The bathroom was very nice. It was a very welcoming stay.
