Recently renovated cottage located in the heart of Highlands. Located less than one mile from downtown Highlands, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cottage boasts long range mountain views. Open floor plan with large living area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Wifi, SmartTV with YoutubeTV and Netflix. Easy access to the large deck that includes a gas grill and solo stove outdoor fire pit. New kitchen has all you need for cooking a delicious meal. Sit at the large dining room table or the kitchen island! Another large living room downstairs perfect for watching Football or playing games. Close to all that Highlands has to offer! Walk to town to shop or take a short drive to hiking trails!

Bedroom #1 - Cozy master suite with King Bed and mountain views. Smart TV, walk in closet, and beautiful custom shower.

This home was exactly as described - convenient location, comfortable king sized beds, well stocked kitchen! We loved having one suite downstairs with its own living space. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend for my son’s wedding and really appreciated the double garage when unloading and coming home in the evenings. We would definitely stay again!

Great location with a 15 minute casual walk to Main Street. Our 6 and 4 year old did it easily. Being able to use the garage made it easy to turn the car around for access to the road. The house itself has a great layout for a group with two social spaces; one being downstairs. The beds are comfortable, the house was extremely clean, and the house was FULLY stocked. I have never been to a rental with so many stocked items for cooking and bathing. I wish one of the rooms was a bunk room for kids; they all have king beds so my husband and I divided with our kids and slept with them. But we knew this and planned accordingly beforehand. The downstairs gets cold but space heaters were available. Ad was very responsive to issues. Highly recommend this location for your stay!

This is a perfect cottage to stay in for you visit to The Highlands. Our host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is charming with comfy beds, couches, and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for all cooking needs. The Solo fire pit on the deck was a cozy spot to visit with one another in the evenings. Highly recommend.
