The Nova Residence is located in the heart of the village of Villards in Arc 1800 and is divided into 3 buildings (1, 2 and 3). This residence is located at the foot of the ski slopes (between 100 and 500m depending on the building) and close to shops, all in a very quiet environment. Please note that this residence has an elevator. Surface area : about 40 m². 5th floor. Orientation : South, South-West, West. View forest. Living room with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Bathroom. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.

L'appartement est grand et fonctionnel mais il n'a jamais été rénové et est vieillissant, l'équipement est également vieillissant : poêles, en mauvais état, le flexible de douche a dû être changé, la fenêtre de la chambre est condamnée avec du silicone, un des deux chauffages ne fonctionnait pas;... L'emplacement est très bien, la procédure d'arrivée, les échanges avec CIS avant l'arrivée se sont très bien passés mais notre sentiment global est mitigé
