Loved our stay on the ground floor beach condo. Perfect having the bottom floor for easy access to the beach. Splash pad right outside for the kids. Would definitely consider staying here again next year.

Great Condo, great loation

Condo is right by the pool that is not heated so was great for the crowd was at the warm pool so we had a quiet area. Walkway to beach very close and parking was a breeze, unloading and loading just steps away. Many restaurants in walking distance, even Fort Walton a short walk over the bridge which we do every year. Great place to stay!!

Great family unit

Convenient for family’s with young kids who constantly need to go in and out. Super close to the splash pad and walkway to the beach. Pool management was a little more strict this time than I remember from past visits but overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Great week at the beach

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property! There was plenty of space for all of us and we were able to access the pool deck/ beach from over very own balcony which was very convenient. The check in process was a bit confusing due to some miscommunications, but Peter was very responsive and worked to get the problem solved quickly.

Best Rental Ever

We have stayed in condos and rental houses across Florida for years and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed in. It was just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. We were there during spring break and there was not excessive noise or commotion in the evening. We will definitely stay in this unit if we come back to this area.

Ground Floor Condo

This was the perfect condo for my family. I have four younger children and the quick access to the pools and splash pad were amazing. The boardwalk to the beach was feet away; and the condo was extremely spacious with plenty of room for all of us. They had beach toys available, plenty of cooking utensils, dish ware, easy access to the garage and front doors. Will definitely book here the next time we come to Ft. Walton.

Enjoyable Family Spring Break at the Beach

We stayed at this unit for about six days over Spring Break. Location was perfect. It's so great to walk out and easily access the beautiful beach and pool. The unit came with beach service, so it was nice not having to worry or pay for that extra. The pools are large with two hot tubs. One of the pools was heated during our stay, and the kids loved it. Unit was well stocked and it was a great size for our family of five. Supermarket and restaurants are within short driving distance. Manager quickly responded to any questions.

Wonderful Stay!

This property was perfect! Just as described clean and extremely convenient. Parking was available on the same level in a covered gated garage steps from the front door! This unit was also the closest in the complex to the entrance to the beach and you could walk directly off of the patio to the pool, splash pad, and beach, super convenient! We will 100% be back to this unit in the future. Azure was wonderful as well. Plenty of space on the beach and pool area. We did not use the gym, but is appeared to be large as well. We also enjoyed the chairs provided on the beach by Peter the owner who was great to work with!

Accommodating hosts!

The hosts of Azure 110 accommodated all of our requests to ensure an enjoyable vacation for our elderly parents. They were very kind and prompt with all of our interaction. In addition, the property was very clean and just like advertised. :) Finally, when we left an important family heirloom behind, the hosts contacted the new guests who allowed us to come retrieve it the next day. I highly recommend Azure 110. The hosts will treat you like VIPs and it is a great location. Cindy

Spring Break 2021

Great location. Plenty of things to do and walkable restaurants. Great pool/beach access (closest unit to the beach boardwalk). The condo unit was spacious clean and family friendly. Really liked that each room had a bathroom. Didn’t have a few miscellaneous items (rags/kitchen towels/nothing beach related). Splash pad was right next to front porch but was not available during our stay (this may have been a good thing since it was quieter). Two large pools. Pool next to 110 is not heated but it didn’t matter to our kids. I would definitely stay again. Nice property with a great location.

Amazing getaway

Spacious, clean, convenient and great communication with the owner, Peter. Check-in was super easy because the parking garage is nearby the condo, which was a plus. Comfortable mattress in the master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (even an air fryer)! The condo is also conveniently located next to the swimming pool and spa and beach. All you have to do is walk through the sliding glass door and it’s all right there. Literally the most convenient location! We had such a good time, and the free beach umbrella & lounge chairs was a great amenity. I highly recommend if you are looking for a location to stay for a family trip or even a couple’s getaway We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back :)

The Property is fantastic! Loved it! Our unit was all the Ad said it would be & the location was perfect. Since we were on the 1st floor, We could just walk out our back sliding glass door & through our porch gate & one of the pools was literally 20 ft. away & right by the splash area for the children. The grounds are well kept & clean. This is the first place I've ever stayed in Florida that had covered parking (a Big Plus in the heat of the summer) the only negative was the limited space & 2 parking passes per unit but the staff was great & provided us with an extra 3 rd pass since we had 3 vehicles total. When they say they check vehicles for parking passes they mean it saw staff several times making rounds checking. Overall great Place would love to stay there again!!

What a great place to celebrate family and seasonal change. The condo is large enough for 6 to navigate coastal immersion for a week The poolside and gate accessible are a terrific asset. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful around the facility. The condo is comfortable but could use new mattresses. The kitchen appliances are dated and need replacement. All refrigerators should have ice and water. Supplies for the condo were minimal for a family staying for a week. This condo is very quiet when the doors are closed and night noises are minimal. We agreed we would appreciate using this condo again

Pros: condo was just as described, the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 2 families. We had young children with us and it was very convenient being right off the pool deck. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare a weeks worth of meals. Cons: check in time was moved to 5 and check out moved to 9. Which is different than described on the website and we weren’t gjven this information until the day before check in. This is our first year staying on a bottom unit and while it was easier to jump right the pool and get the beach, I missed the view of the ocean and it does get really noisy by the pool deck.

Great location

Condo was exactly as it shows it pictures. There were issues with the air conditioner the day of our arrival which was Saturday. We were given the option of moving to another unit for Saturday and Sunday night then back to this unit on Monday when the parts to make repairs would be in or be reimbursed for two nights. We decided to remain in the unit sense it was not miserably hot. The repairs were made Monday and we had A/C the rest of the week. The only other issue we saw was that two of the patio chairs were broken and need to be repaired or replaced. The location of the unit is great for beach access and to the pool.

Our family truly enjoyed this property

This property was impeccably clean upon our arrival. It was so very well equipped with everything we needed for our one week stay. Great location with a short walk over the dunes to the beach and convenient to some nice restaurants within walking distance. (Highly recommend Stewby's across the street from the complex for seafood.) What we really enjoyed was the location on the ground floor with the splash area directly in front of the unit, the pool just to the left and right and the walkway to the beach so close to this unit's patio. Made it very convenient for my son, daughter in law and our 2-year-old grandson to enjoy them all without having to having to navigate through elevators/stairs. Read on some other reviews that the mattresses were not comfortable. We did not find that to be the case. The entire unit was quite comfortable. The property management team at Azure were also quite friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Gas grills were available on the east side of the property. Our host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for allowing us to rent your unit and have a great vacation on Okaloosa Island.

Broken air

One of the bedrooms had mold on shower curtain. Our air conditioning wasn't working well, we called the mgmt group and they did send someone out to look at it. A part had to be ordered and they told us they might move us to another room or give us a credit. They were supposed to call us back and we never heard another word. In the afternoon the temp in the room was 74 degrees and it was very humid inside. It was awful trying to get ready because it was sweaty and stuffy. It wasn't too bad in the mornings because the temp would drop overnight. It would have been nice if someone would have contacted us back. Other than this the property was nice and we had a good vacation.

needs some updates

curtains in the back bedrooms would be nice, hallway light shines into the rooms, showerheads all need to be replaced. The mattresses were brutal to sleep on.
