Loved this property. Quiet area close to walking to lots of eateries and Belmont Park and Mission Beach. Parking would be the only con at the top of my head. Smaller cars are a must. Parking spots are very tight. Honda CRV type cars are good. Also Mission Baja Tacos are fantastic and walking distant also Better Buzz coffee.

Bugs!!!! There was an infestation of flying bugs coming out from the garbage disposal from the kitchen sink. No food or drink could be left out in the room without bugs getting on your food or in your drinks within minutes. Get that fixed!!!!

Parking right up next to the garbage was pretty gross as the cans were overflowing and filthy…wish we would have had more than one set of towels…maybe you could do a little cleanup around the fan palm on the patio…but other than those three things, it was wonderful.

Relaxing get away

This apartment was in such a convenient location. We enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the bay, swimming in the bay and walking along the ocean walk. We had what we needed in the kitchen and found the bed to be comfortable. Lovely apartment.

Great Location

The property was in an ideal location. Everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation was in walking distance. The property managers were extremely responsive to our needs after we arrived and found a few small things that needed attention. Communication was great from start to finish.
