1 master suite with full bathroom (corner bathtub, shower, toilet),
1 second suite with shower room.

Upstairs:
1 double bedroom,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a terrace,
1 game room,
1 bathroom (bathtub and toilet),
1 shower room (shower and toilet).

Outdoors:
private, secure pool (10 m x 5 m) with a spa (massage jets) on a fenced, tree-lined lot of 1,100 m²
large terrace with outdoor table, barbecue, grill, lounge chairs, and patio furniture

Automatic gate; parking for 4 cars in the driveway

The villa is an 8-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the harbour and the market (Tuesdays and Fridays during the summer season).

A final cleaning is required to ensure sanitary conditions for our guests.

The villa rental is managed by a concierge service. We do not provide bed linens, bath towels, or beach towels. You can rent them from the concierge service.

As the villa is located in a residential area, please be considerate of the neighbors and avoid making noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
